Eastmark Center of Industry I
Eastmark Phase I is a multi-building development residing on 60 acres with 5 buildings totaling 977,600 SF. Building range in size from 83,200 SF to 426,400 SF with a Clear Height variation from 30’- 0” to 40’- 0”. The Project will begin construction in December 2022 with a planned completion in November 2023.
Eastmark has convenient local and regional access via multiple nearby Phoenix freeways including AZ-60, Loop-101 and Loop-202 offering connectivity to both greater Phoenix and the Southwest US within a single day drive time. Additionally, Eastmark is two miles from Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport and a 20-minute drive to rail access and the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
Eastmark resides in a mixed use master planned community that contains over 15,000 entitled residential units and over 20,000,000 square feet of commercial uses and 6,000 hotel rooms.
The Project is located within the Elliot Technology Corridor which also contains Facebook (Meta), Apple and Amazon and sits adjacent to the Salt River Project’s 500kV, 230kV and 69kV transmission lines and the Browning Substation, providing ample power to mission critical facilities in need of large, on-demand power sources.
