Leah Rinta

Leah is responsible for the company’s operational accounting, financial reporting, and related internal controls functions.  As the former Director of Finance for the Food, Beverage, and Nightclub Operations at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, she worked cross-functionally with operations, IT, finance, accounting, and the executive management teams for the preparation of reports and financial statements in compliance with US GAAP standards. Her role included oversight of the financials for all 45+ managed and third-party restaurants, bars, and retail outlets.

As a long-time audit professional Leah has over 15 years of experience driving the development and deployment of standardized processes and innovative improvements to enhance the quality of financial information used by key stakeholders for strategic decision-making. Prior to moving to Las Vegas, Leah worked as a Corporate Audit Principal for Nike, Inc. in Beaverton, OR.  Leah started her career in Financial Assurance with KPMG, LLP after graduating from the University of San Diego with a degree in Accounting, emphasizing her studies in Finance and Real Estate.  Leah is also a Certified Internal Auditor.

Outside of her professional life, Leah has a passion for service and believes in the importance of giving back to her community.  She serves as the current Treasurer and Board Governance Chair on the Board of Directors for Safe Nest, the most comprehensive domestic violence organization in Nevada.
