Developed by IndiCap and VAC Development, the project offers modern, flexible industrial space designed for small to mid-sized users — a first-of-its-kind product in the West Valley. Building 1 totals 98,060 SF with 28’ clear height and 5,000 AMPs of power, while Building 2 spans 39,226 SF with 24’ clear height and 2,500 AMPs. Suite sizes range from 4,500 to 18,000 SF, with fully built-out spec office suites in Building 2 offering immediate move-in opportunities.
