The Ranch is a master planned development residing on 300 acres with proposed mixed uses of industrial, retail, office and multi-family. The Project is slated to begin construction in Spring, 2024.

The property is situated a half mile north of the Loop 202 and will be the premier industrial park and mixed use project in Gilbert. The project will have various building sizes that will fit the needs of any user. Building sizes will range from 66,000 SF to 881,000 SF with a Clear Height variation from 28’ to 40’. The buildings consist of a number of different ranges and configurations, including both truck-style facilities and cross-dock facilities. Additional retail and office opportunities exist at the NWC of Warner and SWC of Elliot corners of the site at Power Road.
