Aaron Asmus, Development Manager

Aaron Asmus serves as Development Manager at IndiCap, where he oversees all aspects of project development and day-to-day operations, including design coordination, budgeting, entitlements, scheduling, permitting, construction, and tenant improvements. He plays a key role in implementing the development process from concept through project completion.

Aaron brings more than 20 years of experience in development and construction, having worked across multiple delivery methods including Job Order Contracting and Construction Manager atRisk (CMAR). He began his career in Minnesota with FCA Construction, the in-house general contractor for Life Time Fitness, where he was responsible for estimating, project management, and procuring design and construction teams for the company’s national expansion. After relocating to Arizona, Aaron joined CORE Construction, where he led pre-construction management for numerous higher education projects, guiding developments from conceptual design to final GMP. His client list included Arizona State University, Northern Arizona University, and the University of Arizona. Prior to joining IndiCap, Aaron also held a leadership role with EDGE Construction.

Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and Business Administration from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
