Geovanni Villalta serves as Director of Construction at IndiCap, where he leads construction operations with a focus on ensuring quality, safety, and cost-effective execution. With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry - 15 of which have been dedicated to industrial projects - Geo has developed deep expertise in contract negotiations, conflict resolution, purchasing, value engineering, cost control, and logistics planning.

In his most recent role as ConstructionManager for the Southwest Division of a national general contractor, Geo successfully led teams that managed more than 7 million square feet of industrial space, including award-winning speculative and build-to-suit projects. He played a key role in growing the office to over $400 million in annual revenue.Geo’s extensive experience includes collaboration with city officials, design professionals, and tradesmen, ensuring seamless project execution and alignment with financial and scheduling goals.
