Julian Molto

Julian Molto serves as a development coordinator at IndiCap Inc. He joined IndiCap in 2022 to help facilitate construction loans as well as oversee special projects for the company. Julian is responsible for coordinating with escrow, due diligence, research, systems integration, entity formation, and financial department assistance. He works with the executive team to manage day to day tasks and communicates with external partners to make sure deadlines are met.

Julian, a native Nevadan and full-time student at UNLV, is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in Real Estate. He spends his free time training mixed martial arts and watching baseball.
