Lisa Jack, Chief Financial Officer

Lisa Jack serves as Chief Financial Officer at IndiCap, LLC, where she oversees all financial operations of the company and provides strategic leadership in accounting, reporting, and fiscal planning.With more than 25 years of finance and accounting experience - primarily in the real estate industry - she brings both technical expertise and business insight to her role.

Throughout her career, Lisa has held CFO position sat several real estate firms, including Oakwood Communities, a developer of master-planned residential and commercial communities and multi-family properties; Shopoff Realty Investments; and IMH Financial Corporation, a public real estate investment and finance company involved in acquisitions, development, construction, and lending. Earlier in her career, she served as CFO for Arch Bay Capital, a mortgage hedge fund managing over $3.5 billion in loans and real estate assets. Lisa began her professional journey at ArthurAndersen, LLP, an international public accounting firm, where she advanced to the role of manager.

Lisa is a certified public accountant in both California and Texas. She earned her Master of Science in Accounting and her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University, graduating summa cum laude.
