Michael Argier, Senior Development Manager

Michael Argier serves as Senior Development Manager at IndiCap, where he oversees all aspects of the development process, including land acquisition, design, leasing, and sales in Southern Nevada. With a strong foundation in finance and real estate development, Michael brings strategic insight and hands-on expertise to every phase of the project lifecycle.

With more than 18 years of experience in real estate development and investment, Michael has managed the successful delivery of more than 2.5 million square feet of industrial and office properties. His portfolio includes major developments such as 550,601 square feet at North 15 Logistics Park, 452,710 square feet atHenderson Freeways Crossing, and build-to-suit projects for high-profile clients including Amazon.com, Las Vegas College, and 3G Productions. Prior to joining IndiCap, he held key development roles with Panattoni Development and WattEV, contributing to large-scale projects across diverse markets.

Michael holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development (MSRE) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance (BBA) from the University of San Diego.
