Michael Argier, Senior Development Manager

Michael Argierserves as Senior Development Manager at IndiCap, where he oversees all aspectsof the development process, including land acquisition, design, leasing, andsales in Southern Nevada. With a strong foundation in finance and real estatedevelopment, Michael brings strategic insight and hands-on expertise to everyphase of the project lifecycle.

With more than 18years of experience in real estate development and investment, Michael hasmanaged the successful delivery of more than 2.5 million square feet ofindustrial and office properties. His portfolio includes major developmentssuch as 550,601 square feet at North 15 Logistics Park, 452,710 square feet atHenderson Freeways Crossing, and build-to-suit projects for high-profileclients including Amazon.com, Las Vegas College, and 3G Productions. Prior tojoining IndiCap, he held key development roles with Panattoni Development andWattEV, contributing to large-scale projects across diverse markets.

Michael holds a Master ofScience in Real Estate Development (MSRE) and a Bachelor of BusinessAdministration in Finance (BBA) from the University of San Diego.
