Teresa Black

Teresa Black serves as an accounting consultant and joined the Indicap team in 2023. She has several years of experience in various areas of real estate accounting including development, property, and private equity funds, and enjoys systems implementation and improvement. Prior to joining Indicap, Ms. Black worked for Shopoff Realty Investments and Sares Regis Group. She started her career as a financial statement auditor at Moss Adams and is a certified public accountant in California (inactive). Ms. Black graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. A resident of Southern California, she enjoys hiking with her dog Misha, reading, and biking to the beach with her husband. Ms. Black is also a passionate advocate for the fostering and adoption of children and teens in need.
